HERE are some discussion questions for our next book.  There are three questions that address parallels to The Glass Castle, which I found interesting.

Peculiar

Some of us really liked Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and others...not so much. That's okay; it made for an interesting discussion.

We DID, however, agree that the food was amazing.

After our discussion of the book, we took turns sharing stories about our own peculiar relatives. Trust me, there were some doozies!

Centennial

The Bluestocking Society is anticipating its 100th meeting in July!  No fireworks are planned, but I imagine we might just take a few minutes to remember the awesome AND awful selections we've made over the years!

2012 Retreat

We missed the Bluestockings who weren't with us and there were a few bumps along the way (some literal).  However, we did manage to accomplish our literary and culinary goals for the weekend!
